Warm Tomato and Mozzarella Salad recipe

Ingredients
450 g | tomatoes, sliced |
salt and freshly ground black pepper | |
225 g | Mozzarella cheese, sliced |
1 | red onion, chopped |
6 | sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped |
4 tbsp | extra vergin olive oil |
1 tsp | red wine vinegar |
4 tbsp | basil, chopped |
Instructions
Layer the tomatoes and the Mozzarella slightly overlapping onto a ovenproof serving plate. Sprinkle with the sun-dried tomatoes and the onions.
Whisk the vinegar with salt and pepper. Slowly whisk in the oil. Drizzle the dressing over the tomatoes and the mozzarella.
Bake in the preheated oven at 180°C for 4-5 minutes until the cheese starts to melt. Serve garnished with the basil.
