Ingredients

4  peaches, peeled, cubed
2 tbsp water
3 tbsp sugar
zest of 1 lemon, grated
450 g raspberries

Instructions

Place peach cubes in a small saucepan. Stir in water, sugar and lemon zest and cook until peaches are tender.

Stir in raspberries and heat until just warmed.

Serve warm. If desired serve with a dollop of ice cream or whipped cream.
