Warm Peach and Raspberry Compote recipe

Ingredients
4 | peaches, peeled, cubed |
2 tbsp | water |
3 tbsp | sugar |
zest of 1 lemon, grated | |
450 g | raspberries |
Instructions
Place peach cubes in a small saucepan. Stir in water, sugar and lemon zest and cook until peaches are tender.Stir in raspberries and heat until just warmed.
Serve warm. If desired serve with a dollop of ice cream or whipped cream.
