Peaches and Cream Dessert recipe

|150 g||vanilla wafer crumbs|
|60 g||butter, melted|
|For the Cream Filling:|
|2 tbsp||lemon juice|
|3 tbsp||orange juice|
|240 ml||whipping cream, whipped|
|4||peaches, peeled, pitted, chopped|
Mix together the 3/4 of the wafer crumbs and butter. Pat into bottom and sides of a 22 cm pie pan. Chill 1 hour.
In a saucepan combine marshmallows, lemon juice and orange juice. Cook, whilst stirring, over medium heat until marshmallows are melted. Remove from heat and stir until smooth. Chill until thickened, about 30 minutes.
Beat cream until stiff and add chopped peaches. Fold into chilled marshmallow mixture and pour into crust. Chill for 2 hours.
Before serving, sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
