|120 g||walnuts, chopped|
|70 g||soft butter|
|some||powdered sugar for decoration|
Toast the walnuts in the oven and then let cool. Then grind the walnuts in a blender or food processor.
Cream the soft butter and sugar together and add the walnuts, flour and vanilla and mix well.
With a plain piping tip, pipe the cookie dough in drops onto a buttered pan or onto parchment paper.
Preheat oven to 150°C and bake for 20-30 minutes or until pale brown in colour. When cool, sprinkle powdered sugar over the cookies. Store in an airtight container.
