|150 ml||orange juice, freshly squeezed|
|400 ml||tomato juice|
|salt and pepper|
In a blender, mix together watercress and half of the orange juice, until smooth. Add tomato juice and the rest of the orange juice and mix well.
Season with Tabasco sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
