Vegetables in honey mustard dill sauce recipe details
Ingredients
150 g | carrots, cut into thin sticks |
150 g | cauliflower florets |
150 g | broccoli florets |
2 tbsp | Dijon mustard |
2 tbsp | honey |
1 ½ tsp | dill, dried |
Instructions
Steam carrots for 10 minutes. Add cauliflower and broccoli and steam until just tender, about further 8-10 minutes.Combine mustard, honey and dill and whisk well
Mix sauce with cooked vegetables and toss until vegetables are coated well.
