|300 g||broccoli florets|
|500 g||lean ground beef|
|400 g||tomatoes, diced|
|1 medium||onion, chopped|
|2 clove(s)||garlic, minced|
|2 tbsp||tomato paste|
|½ tsp||dried basil leaves|
|½ tsp||dried oregano leaves|
|½ tsp||dried thyme leaves|
|180 ml||beef broth|
|350 g||pasta, uncooked|
|100 g||Cheddar cheese, grated|
InstructionsPut broccoli, onion, basil, oregano, tomatoes, beef broth and spices in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low heat for 2-3 hours.
Combine beef and garlic in large nonstick skillet and brown over high heat, 6-8 minutes. Pour off drippings and add beef mixture to slow cooker. Cover and cook for another 2 hours.
Add pasta and cheese, cover and cook for further 30 minutes.
