|100 g||Cheddar cheese, grated|
|oil for frying|
Cook the cauliflower in boiling salted water until soft, then drain. Then add it to a blender together with the seasoning, eggs, cheese and the soaked bread and blend together. Now slowly add the flour and the breadcrumbs until the mix is thickened.
Fry table spoon size portions in hot oil. If you fry smaller size portions you can serve them as fingerfood on a tooth pick at a party.
