Ingredients
1 | leek, diced |
2 medium | turnips, diced |
¼ | celeriac, diced |
½ | cauliflower, in small florets |
3 tbsp | butter |
1 ¼ l | beef stock |
2 cup(s) | rice, cooked |
salt and pepper |
Instructions
In a saucepan, sauté the vegetables in butter until nearly soft. Pour in the beef stock and bring to a boil. Cook over low heat for 5-10 minutes. Add the cooked rice and simmer for another minute. Season to taste with salt and pepper.Preparation time:
