|2 medium||turnips, diced|
|½||cauliflower, in small florets|
|1 ¼ l||beef stock|
|2 cup(s)||rice, cooked|
|salt and pepper|
InstructionsIn a saucepan, sauté the vegetables in butter until nearly soft. Pour in the beef stock and bring to a boil. Cook over low heat for 5-10 minutes. Add the cooked rice and simmer for another minute. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
