Vegetable ragout recipe details
Ingredients
250 g | peas |
120 g | carrots, halved and cut lenghtways |
200 g | zucchini, halved cut lenghtways |
3 | green onions, chopped |
3 clove(s) | garlic, chopped |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
1 tbsp | fresh mint, chopped |
1 tbsp | fresh thyme, chopped |
120 ml | water |
salt, to taste |
Instructions
In a medium sauce pan sauté garlic in olive oil until soft, about 1 minute.Add carrots, zucchini, onions, salt and water. Cover and cook until onions soften, about 3 minutes. Add peas, mint and thyme. Stir occasionally.
