Ingredients
4 | turkey escalopes |
1 tsp | oil |
250 g | mushrooms, sliced |
1 medium | onion, chopped |
2 tsp | mustard |
100 ml | milk |
1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
2 tbsp | parsley, chopped |
Instructions
Season the escalopes with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pan and fry the escalopes briefly until just golden brown on both sides. Take out of the pan.Add onion and mushrooms into the pan and cook stirring for some minutes. Add the milk and stir in garlic and mustard. Cook stirring for another minute, then return the escalopes. Cover and cook over low heat until the escalopes are tender. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve sprinkled with parsley, together with rice.
