Ingredients

2  chicken breast fillets, cooked (leftovers), chopped
2  capsicum, chopped
300 g spring onion, chopped
300 g carrots, chopped
2  green chillies, chopped
150 g cabbage, chopped
1 pinch(es) red chilli powder
½ tsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp white vinegar
2 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
salt, to taste
1  egg,beaten
20  ready made samosa sheets
oil, as required

Instructions

In a bowl, combine chicken, capsicum, spring onion, carrots, green chilli, cabbage and coriander leaves. Add the red chilli powder, black pepper powder, salt, soy sauce and white vinegar and mix well.

Beat an egg into a small bowl.

Take a samosa sheet and fold it into rectangle. Now fold the rectangle into half and make a cone out of it. Fill the cone with the chicken and vegetable stuffing. Brush the edges with the beaten egg and press together firmly to seal.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the samosas until crisp and golden brown on each side.

Serve with chutney, tomato ketchup or chilli paste.
