Ingredients

1 kg cabbage, shredded
350 ml milk
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp lard, melted
salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

Add cabbage to milk and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2 minutes, add flour and fat. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Season with salt and pepper.
