Ingredients
3 tbsp | oil |
1 large | diced green pepper |
4 stalk(s) | diagonally sliced celery |
6 medium | diced green onions with top |
450 g | cooked diced turkey |
50 ml | soy sauce |
Instructions
Heat oil in a skillet,add vegetables. Cook,stirring, over medium heat 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender but not mushy. Add turkey and soy sauce, stir until mixed and heated through.Serve over hot rice; also good with chicken.
