Ingredients
Makes: 14 cups- 4 (14 1/2 ounce) cans diced tomatoes, 2 cans drained and 2 undrained
- 4 large tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cups corn kernels
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 sweet onion, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon ground coriander
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins1. Combine all ingredients in a very large bowl. Stir well. Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
