Turkey stew recipe details
Ingredients
1 kg | turkey, skinless, boneless, cut into bite size pieces |
1 kg | mixed frozen vegetables |
2 tbsp | flour |
240 ml | chicken broth |
1 tsp | Worcestershire sauce |
50 g | fresh parsley, chopped |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Place veggies and turkey in a crock pot.Mix together flour, broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper in a bowl and then add to the crock pot.
Cover and cook on LOW setting for approximately 8 hours.
Stir in parsley just before serving.
