Turkey souvlaki recipe details
Ingredients
600 g | turkey breast fillet, cut into 3cm cubes |
salt and pepper | |
4 tbsp | olive oil |
2 clove(s) | garlic, chopped |
2 tbsp | dried oregano |
paprika powder |
Instructions
Thread the meat onto skewers. Mix the oil with garlic and oregano. Season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Brush the skewers with the marinade.Grill the skewers over medium heat until golden brown all around.
Serve with pita bread and tzatziki.
