Turkey roll sandwich recipe details
Ingredients
4 sprig(s) | chives, chopped |
3 tbsp | mayonnaise |
1 tsp | mustard |
¼ | cucumber, peeled and lengthwise sliced |
¼ | mango, peeled and lengthwise sliced |
1 | carrot, peeled and lengthwise sliced |
4 slice(s) | smoked turkey breast fillet |
4 slice(s) | sandwich bread |
salt and freshly ground black pepper |
Instructions
Mix the mayonnaise with mustard and chives. Spread the bread slices with the mayonnaise.Spread the turkey slices on the working place and divide mango, cucumber and carrot strips on the meat. Roll up and place ever two rolls on two of the breads and cover with the other two breads. Press together gently.
With a sharp knife, cut diagonally to triangles.
