Turkey casserole recipe details
Ingredients
350 g | turkey breast |
2 bulb(s) | chicory, leaves separated |
1 large can(s) | peas, drained |
750 g | potatoes, peeled and diced |
1 large can(s) | baby carrots |
2 pack(s) | Hollandaise sauce |
salt and pepper | |
oil |
Instructions
Cook the potatoes in salted water until tender, then drain.Season the turkey breast with salt and pepper and fry turning at least once in oil until nearly done. Set aside and let rest for 5 minutes, then slice the turkey breast.
Preheat the oven to 150°C.
In a casserole, arrange the chicory leaves, potatoes, turkey, peas and carrots. Pour over the Hollandaise sauce and bake for 20 minutes.
Serve hot.
