20 g | butter |
250 g | brown mushrooms |
1 bunch(es) | fresh chives |

4 slice(s) | turkey breast, thinly cut, approx. 125g each |
4 slice(s) | bacon |
2 tbsp | germ oil |
6 tbsp | white wine |
100 g | single cream |
Instructions
Sauté the finely diced onion and garlic in hot butter until lucent. Add the finely sliced mushrooms and cook until the liquid of the mushrooms has evaporated. Chop the chives and mix in. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg.Flatten the turkey breast slices, season with salt and pepper and spread the mushroom mixture on the slices. Carefully roll up, then wrap the rolls into a slice of bacon and fix with a skewer.
Heat the oil, then sauté the rolls all around until golden brown. Deglaze with the white wine, cover and cook for 15-20 minutes over low heat. Stir in the single cream, let steep for a minute and correct the seasoning if necessary.
