Tuna Steaks with Bell Pepper Salsa recipe

Ingredients
200 g | rice |
2 sprig(s) | oregano, chopped |
2 | red bell peppers, diced |
50 g | olives, pitted and sliced |
8 | tuna steaks, thin cut |
½ | lemon, juice |
salt and freshly ground black pepper | |
4 tbsp | oil |
1 dash(es) | sugar |
1 tbsp | butter |
Instructions
Cook the rice in salted water for 15 minutes or until done, then drain.Mix together the bell peppers, olives, oregano, lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of the oil. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar.
Season the tuna steaks with salt and pepper. In a pan heat the remaining oil. Fry the fish over high heat for 30 seconds each side. Remove from the heat and set aside.
Mix the cooked rice with the butter. Season with pepper. Top the fish steaks with the bell pepper salsa and serve with the rice.
