Ingredients
Serves: 4- 1 1/2 pounds tuna steak
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 10 mins1. Preheat grill to Medium.
2. Brush tuna steaks with oil. Salt and pepper on both sides, then spread one side with half of the mustard; place mustard-side down on grill.
3. Cook for 4 minutes, then flip and spread with the rest of the mustard. Grill for another 4 to 6 minutes, until tuna is opaque and flaky.
