Ingredients
200 g | tuna, shredded and drained |
8 tbsp | black olives, sliced |
8 tbsp | green onions, sliced |
8 tbsp | celery, sliced |
12 tbsp | salsa |
8 tbsp | sour cream |
1 tsp | cumin, grounded |
½ head(s) | iceberg lettuce, shredded |
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the tuna, olives, green onions and celery and toss together.In a medium bowl, whisk together the salsa, sour cream and cumin.
Pour over tuna mixture and toss lightly to mix.
Clean and shred lettuce and place onto 4 plates and spoon tuna mix onto lettuce.
