|200 g||tuna, shredded and drained|
|8 tbsp||black olives, sliced|
|8 tbsp||green onions, sliced|
|8 tbsp||celery, sliced|
|8 tbsp||sour cream|
|1 tsp||cumin, grounded|
|½ head(s)||iceberg lettuce, shredded|
In a large bowl, combine the tuna, olives, green onions and celery and toss together.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the salsa, sour cream and cumin.
Pour over tuna mixture and toss lightly to mix.
Clean and shred lettuce and place onto 4 plates and spoon tuna mix onto lettuce.
