Ingredients
Serves: 4- 1 egg
- 6 ounces tuna fish
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- pinch garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon cloves, or to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom, or to taste
- 2 tablespoons cooked chana dal lentils
- salt to taste
- pinch baking soda
- 1 cup frying oil, or as needed
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 15 mins1. Heat oil in a deep-fryer or large saucepan to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2. Boil egg, and chop and mix with drained tuna fish. Mix with spices.
3. Make about 5 -6 balls. Flatten and fry.
