Ingredients
Serves: 4- 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
- 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chiles, drained
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 8 (6-inch) flour tortillas
- 3/4 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped sweet onion
- 3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 13 mins1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Mash refried beans with green chiles, garlic powder, cumin, and chili powder in a bowl. Spread over 4 of the tortillas, leaving a small border around the edges. Set remaining 4 tortillas on top of the bean-covered tortillas.
3. Place the rounds on a baking sheet and top each with salsa, pepper, onion, and cheese.
4. Bake for about 12 minutes, or until cheese has melted completely and pizzas are hot. Slice into wedges and serve.
