Tuna and corn fish cakes recipe details
Ingredients1. 8 ounce tuna in vegetable oil (drained)
2. 1/2 cup corn kernel
3. 2 large potatoes
4. 1 cup fresh white bread crumbs
5. Salt to taste
6. Black pepper to taste
7. 2 tbsp parsley (chopped)
8. lemon slices (for garnishing)
Method of preparation
1. Cook the potatoes and mash them in a bowl and blend in the tuna, corn kernels, and chopped parsley. Add salt and pepper as per taste, then shape into 6-7 patty shapes.
