Tropical ice pops recipe details
A very sweet, fruit-based ice pop that children will love.
Ready in: 5 hours 15 mins
Ingredients
Serves: 6- 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple
- 1 mango, sliced
- 4 kiwis, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup seedless grapes
- 1 cup orange juice
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 5 mins | Extra time: 5 hours, freezing1. Put all ingredients into blender and pulse for 40 seconds. Pour equal amounts of mixture into 6 large paper cups.
2. Cover each cup with foil. Puncture the foil lids with one wooden ice pop stick each and insert sticks about three-quarters of the way into the blended fruit.
3. Place cups in freezer for about 5 hours, until ice pops are frozen.
