Touchdown stuffed french bread recipe details
Artichoke hearts, cheese, garlic and green chiles, all stuffed into French bread, and, oh yeah, topped with more cheese. Are you kidding? This play is a touchdown for sure.

Ingredients
Serves: 16- 1 (1 pound) loaf French bread, cut in half lengthwise
- 2 (6 1/2 ounce) jars marinated quartered artichoke hearts, drained
- 1 1/2 cups shredded pepper Jack cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chiles
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation method
Prep: 20 mins | Cook: 30 mins1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Scoop the bread insides out of the crust of each loaf half. Leave about 1/2-inch thickness inside the crust. Tear the insides into bite-sized pieces.
3. Stir artichokes, pepper Jack, sour cream, green chiles, garlic, and 1 cup Cheddar cheese together in a mixing bowl. Toss the bread insides with the mixture, then pour into the hollowed-out bread crusts. Set on a baking sheet.
4. Sprinkle loaf halves with the rest of the Cheddar, then loosely cover with aluminum foil.
5. Bake for about 30 minutes, removing foil halfway through baking time. Slice and serve.
