Ingredients

12	Tortillas, my recipe in the database
	For the filling:
300 g	cheese, e.g. Cheddar or Gruyère
100 g	sour cream
	cayenne pepper
½ tsp	cardamom
½ tsp	cumin
	For the sauce:
4	tomatoes
1	onion
2 clove(s)	garlic
2 tbsp	tomato puree
1 tbsp	honey
1 tbsp	cocoa powder
1 tsp	oregano
¼ tsp	curcuma
¼ tsp	coriander
½ tsp	cumin
1 tsp	paprika powder
	salt, to taste
	sour cream

Instructions

Prepare 12 tortillas as described in my recipe in the database.

For the filling:
Roughly grate the cheese, mix with sour crème and spices. Season to taste with cayenne pepper. Divide the mixture evenly on the freshly baked tortillas. Fold to wraps, place on the grill and allow to get hot.

For the sauce:
Dice the tomatoes and finely chop onion and garlic. Place all into a saucepan, add tomato purée, honey, cocoa and the spices and bring to a boil. Simmer until thickened and season to taste.

Serve the tortillas with some sauce and a dollop of extra sour cream.
