|200 ml||single cream|
|200 g||Crème fraîche|
|200 g||sour cream|
|salt and pepper|
|1 can(s)||mushrooms, sliced|
|250 g||ham, diced|
|200 g||grated cheese (Cheddar or Gouda)|
Cook the tortellini in salted water until done. Drain.
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
In a saucepan, heat the butter and fry the garlic and onions over low heat until lucent.
Mix together the ketchup, single cream, sour cream and crème fraîche. Season with salt and pepper. Combine with the mushrooms, onions, garlic and ham.
Layer the tortellini, sauce and cheese into a casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 30-40 minutes.
