Ingredients

500 g	Tortellini
350 g	broccoli
200 g	ham, diced
600 ml	single cream
200 ml	crème fraîche
100 g	grated cheese (Cheddar or Gouda)
200 g	soft cheese
	salt and pepper
	nutmeg

Instructions

Cook the tortellini in salted water until done. Drain and allow to cool. Blanch the Broccoli for 4 minutes, then drain.

Preheat the oven to 220°C.

In a saucepan, bring the single cream to a boil. Reduce the heat. Stir in the soft cheese and the crème fraîche. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

In a casserole dish, layer the tortellini, broccoli and ham. Pour over the sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for 20 minutes.
