Tuna and ravioli salad recipe details
Ingredients
250 g | rocket |
125 g | sundried tomatoes in oil, sliced |
500 g | spinach ravioli |
1 | red onion, chopped |
1 bunch(es) | chives, chopped |
1 large can(s) | tuna, drained |
4 tbsp | white balsamic vinegar |
salt and pepper | |
sugar | |
4 tbsp | olive oil |
4 tbsp | freshly grated Parmesan cheese |
Instructions
Cook the ravioli in salted water until al dente. Drain and allow to cool.In a salad bowl, mix together the vinegar and the oil. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar. Stir in the chives and the onion. Add the tuna and mix well. Stir in the sundried tomatoes, the cooked ravioli and the rocket.
Serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
