Tortellini with bacon sauce recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | Tortellini |
200 g | spring onions, sliced |
120 g | bacon, finely sliced |
1 sprig(s) | oregano |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
150 g | peas, frozen |
1 tbsp | flour |
125 ml | white wine |
1 tsp | chicken stock powder |
4 tbsp | water |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.In a saucepan, fry the spring onion in oil for 5 minutes. Add the bacon and cook for 5 more minutes over medium heat. Stir in the frozen peas, the flour and the white wine. Add the chicken stock powder, oregano and water. Season to taste with salt and pepper and simmer for 12 minutes.
Remove the oregano sprig. Place the cooked tortellini on serving plates and top with the sauce.
