|4 large||tomatoes, thickly sliced|
|4 tbsp||olive oil|
|1 tbsp||sesame oil|
|2 clove(s)||garlic, thinly sliced|
|salt and freshly ground black pepper|
|oregano and thyme|
InstructionsIn a pan, heat the olive and the sesame oil. Add the tomato slices. Sprinkle the upper side with salt, pepper, sugar, thyme and oregano. Fry for 1 minute over medium heat, then turn the tomatoes and season and fry the other side.
Arrange the tomatoes on a serving plate. Sauté the garlic in the oil. Pour the oil and the garlic over the tomatoes. Sprinkle with onions. Allow to chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
Serve with fresh bread.
