Ingredients

1	onion, chopped
1 clove(s)	garlic, chopped
	salt and pepper
1	red chilli, chopped
1 tbsp	oil
2 can(s)	tomatoes, diced
1 tbsp	capers, chopped
5	anchovies, chopped
	sugar

Instructions

In a saucepan heat the oil. Sauté onion, garlic and chilli until slightly golden. Add the tomatoes and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 4-5 minutes. Stir in the capers and the anchovies and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar.

Serve with pasta.
