1 | red chilli, chopped |
1 tbsp | oil |
2 can(s) | tomatoes, diced |
1 tbsp | capers, chopped |
5 | anchovies, chopped |

Instructions
In a saucepan heat the oil. Sauté onion, garlic and chilli until slightly golden. Add the tomatoes and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 4-5 minutes. Stir in the capers and the anchovies and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar.Serve with pasta.
