Tomato onion quiche recipe details
- Ingredients
- 1 partially baked pie shell
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar and mozzarella)
- 3 tomatoes, sliced thin
- 1/2 cup onion, sliced thin
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- Cracked pepper to taste
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3 Tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese on bottom of pie shell. Layer tomatoes and onions over cheese. Sprinkle basil, garlic salt, and pepper on top. Beat eggs and milk together and pour over tomatoes and onions. Sprinkle Parmesan on top. Bake at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes.
