Ingredients:

spinach (cleaned, de-stemmed, and torn)

strawberries (sliced)

blueberries (whole)

walnuts or pecans (halved)

Dressing:

1/3 cup sugar

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon dry mustard

1/3 cup white wine vinegar

1 cup salad or olive oil

1 Tablespoon poppy seeds

Instructions:
