Ingredients
Serves: 1- 5 ice cubes, divided
- 2 ounces dark spiced rum
- 4 ounces pineapple juice
- 1 ounce orange juice
- 1 ounce cream of coconut
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins1. In a cocktail shaker add 2 ice cubes. Add the remaining 3 to a short cocktail glass.
2. Into the cocktail shaker add the black rum, pineapple juice, orange juice and cream of coconut.
3. Shake vigorously for 1 minute and pour into your ice filled glass.
