Tomato Onion and Parsley Salad recipe

|1 ½ kg||tomatoes|
|20 g||parsley, chopped|
|80 ml||extra-virgin olive oil|
|80 ml||lemon juice|
|1 tsp||cumin, freshly ground|
|½ tsp||salt and pepper, to taste|
Rinse and core tomatoes and cut into wedges. Peel and chop onion.
Combine tomatoes, onion, and parsley in a large bowl.
For the dressing add olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, and pepper. Toss gently, adding salt to taste.
