Tomato mozzarella canap s recipe details
Ingredients
1 | baguette, cut into 20 small slices |
3 tbsp | Pesto |
250 g | mozzarella cheese |
400 g | plum tomatoes |
salt and pepper | |
extra virgin olive oil | |
some | basil leaves, to garnish |
Instructions
Toast the the breads then spread with pesto. Quarter the Mozzarella cheese and cut in thin slices. Wash and pat dry the tomatoes and cut in slices.Layer the tomatoes and Mozzarella slices overlapping onto the baguettes. Drizzle with a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Garnish with basil and serve.
