Ingredients
Serves: 6- 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 6 slices Swiss cheese or Jarlsburg cheese
- 6 slices good quality ham
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 20 mins1. Preheat grill to High and lightly oil grate.
2. Cover each chicken breast with a slice of ham and a slice of cheese. Then fold the breast in half lengthwise, and hold it shut with a toothpick or skewer. Coat with melted butter and sprinkle with flour and paprika.
3. Place on grill. (Watch for flareups!) Cook for 20 minutes, turning the chicken bundles on all four sides. Remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes to let chicken juices settle, then slice and serve.
