|500 g||mozzarella cheese, sliced|
|60 ml||balsamic vinegar|
|60 ml||olive oil|
|2 large||tomatoes, sliced|
|1 bunch(es)||fresh basil leaves|
InstructionsPlace Mozzarella cheese sliced in a bowl, and sprinkle with vinegar. Set aside.
Slice the tomatoes into thick slices and arrange on plates.
Take a slice of mozzarella and place on top of a tomato slice. Repeat with remaining cheese.
Arrange the basil leaves over the tomato and cheese slices.
Drizzle with olive oil and serve.
