Ingredients
500 g | mozzarella cheese, sliced |
60 ml | balsamic vinegar |
60 ml | olive oil |
2 large | tomatoes, sliced |
1 bunch(es) | fresh basil leaves |
Instructions
Place Mozzarella cheese sliced in a bowl, and sprinkle with vinegar. Set aside.Slice the tomatoes into thick slices and arrange on plates.
Take a slice of mozzarella and place on top of a tomato slice. Repeat with remaining cheese.
Arrange the basil leaves over the tomato and cheese slices.
Drizzle with olive oil and serve.
