Ingredients
1 small | onion, chopped |
2 tbsp | chives, chopped |
1 tsp | parsley, chopped |
250 g | butter, softened |
3 tbsp | tomato puree |
salt and freshly ground black pepper | |
½ tbsp | single cream |
Instructions
Place the onions, chives, parsley, butter and tomato purée in a blender and process until well combined. Season with salt and pepper. Add the single cream drop by drop and blend until smooth.Serve with fresh bread.
