Serves: 8- 3 pounds ground beef chuck
- 1 can diced tomatoes, drained and rinsed

- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon celery flakes
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup plain dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup ketchup
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 1 hour 15 mins1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. In large mixing bowl combine all ingredients; mix until everything is distributed throughout, about 5 minutes. Shape into loaf and place on a cookie sheet. Using a pastry brush, brush ketchup on meatloaf on top and sides thoroughly.
