Ingredients
400 g | tomatoes, canned |
200 ml | tomato sauce |
1 medium | onion, chopped |
dried basil | |
dried oregano | |
garlic powder | |
60 ml | red wine |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Process diced tomotoes, tomato sauce, herbs, salt and pepper in a blender until smooth.Pour into a saucepan and add the red wine. Cook over low heat until heated through and thickened.
