Tomato and Leek Soup with Tortellini recipe

Ingredients
1 stalk(s) | leek, sliced |
300 g | Tortellini |
250 g | chicken breast, diced |
2 large can(s) | tomato soup |
50 g | freshly grated Parmesan cheese |
salt and freshly ground black pepper | |
1 tbsp | oil |
oregano | |
paprika powder |
Instructions
Cook the leek in salted water for 4-5 minutes. Cook the tortellini in salted water until done. Drain the leek and the tortellini.
Arrange the chicken dices onto skewers. Season with salt and pepper. In a pan heat the oil and fry the chicken skewers for 3-4 minutes each side. Season the skewers with paprika powder.
Bring the tomato soup to a boil. Stir the leek and the cooked tortellini into the soup. Season to taste with salt, pepper and oregano.
Ladle the soup in soup bowls, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve with a chicken skewer placed over each bowl.
