Tofu Millet Fritters recipe

Ingredients
200 | millet |
500 ml | vegetable stock |
200 g | tofu |
1 small | carrot |
1 clove(s) | garlic |
1 tbsp | soy sauce |
paprika powder |
Instructions
Bring the millet with the vegetable stock to a boil, then turn off the heat and allow to soak on the hotplate for 20 minutes.
Crumble the tofu with a fork, finely grate the carrot and mince the garlic. Stir all into the soaked millet and season to taste with soy sauce and paprika powder.
Form small fritters out of the mixture and grill from both sides on a greased rack for approximately 10 minutes.
