Ingredients
2 | apples, peeled, cored and grated |
250 ml | water |
50 g | ground millet |
125 ml | whipping cream |
honey | |
30 g | ground hazelnuts |
Instructions
Bring the water to a boil. Remove from the heat and stir in the millet. Allow to cool, stirring occasionally.Whip the cream until stiff. Combine with the nuts and fold the mixture in the soaked millet. Stir in the apples and sweeten to taste with honey.
