Tofu en brochette recipe details
Ingredients
100 g | tofu (bean curd) |
1 medium | red pepper |
3 | skewers |
handful | mixed herbs |
100 ml | olive oil |
some | salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Cut the tofu in 15 pieces. Cut the red pepper in pieces.Combine the herbs, salt and pepper and olive oil. Place the tofu pieces in the oil and herbs mixture and leave to marinate for about one hour.
Alternately string the tofu and the red pepper on the skewer. Place the ready ‘Tofu en brochette’ on your barbecue grill. You can also cook it in a frying pan.
