A quick way to stretch a single can of chili into a pot of goodness for the family; or for the fellas.

Ingredients
Serves: 7
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound smoked kielbasa sausage, halved and sliced
- 2 (14 ounce) cans diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 (15 ounce) can chili with beans
- 1 (9 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 (2 ounce) can sliced ripe olives, drained
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 15 mins
1. Heat olive oil in a Dutch oven or large heavy skillet over medium heat. Cook kielbasa slices in oil until browned and crispy.
2. Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, then simmer on low for 5 minutes. Serve.
